国航：部分进出港航班取消或备降 旅客可免费退票

中新网8月13日电 中国国航今日在官方微博发布关于国航涉及中国香港航线客票特殊处置方案的通知。通知指出，受8月12日香港国际机场服务保障能力限制影响，国航部分进出港航班取消或备降。旅客可免费在客票有效期内办理退票手续。
